vCIO Ltd.'s process for strategic consulting is straightforward and direct. We want to talk to every internal and external stakeholder and staff member possible to get as much input from all levels of the corporation to form a complete picture of the current State of IT.

We then take this compilation of information and analyze it. The result is a clear picture of what is and what needs to be, which we translate into a clear, non-technical Strategic Plan which we review and revise until leadership is comfortable with both the direction and the budget for the plan.

 

Once the Strategic IT Plan is finalized, we assist with the implementation as much as needed. We can bring in technical experts to do the work for you, or we can mentor your existing MSP or internal staff so that we are all striving for the same end result.

The business landscape is constantly changing. As things change, shift or get disrupted the "living" Strategic IT Plan will need to be changed. Usually this is a subtle shift, at other times this is a complete change in direction, and every shade in between. When these things occur, we will re-convene to change the plan accordingly so that it always makes sense for your current set of needs.
